For retail furniture we work project by project; for home furniture we take container-based orders (20’ or 40’).

Which delivery terms do you work with?

EXW (Masko / İstanbul), FOB (Ambarlı or Mersin) and CIF buyer’s port.

We ship to 26 countries. Approval samples in 2–3 weeks, EXW / FOB / CIF terms, ISPM-15 and A.TR documents as standard.

Export

Mainly the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Our primary focus is clients within Türkiye; the export plan runs alongside available capacity.

Knock-down packing and volume planning are used to calculate fill efficiency for a 40’ HQ container, cutting both freight cost and damage risk.

ISPM-15, certificate of origin and A.TR are prepared as standard; customs clearance is handled by our own agent.

Brief and architectural drawings
We take the store concept and technical drawings and review them for manufacturability.

Sample and approval
A full-scale sample of the critical piece is produced; material and finish are approved on that sample.

Series production
Series production against the approved sample in our 14,000 m² facility; every batch goes through the same checklist.

Shipping and on-site assembly
Packing, shipping and in-store assembly are handled by one single team.
